It's only been a couple of weeks since I received the ring and the silvery sheen is already fading and turning orange despite being really careful. Even the moissanite stones seem to be losing their sheen which is kinda disappointing. I bought it after good research yet it didn't exceed expectations. I hope you remedy that!

We completely understand your concern. Yes, silver naturally oxidizes over time this is inevitable with genuine silver. To give our pieces a lustrous shine, we rhodium-plate all our articles. The initial lustrous shine you see upon receiving your ring is from this plating. With daily wear or rough usage, the plating layer can gradually wear off.
This does not mean the silver itself is fading it is always the plating wearing away. That’s why we provide a detailed care guide with every package to help preserve the finish. The shine can always be restored by re-plating, and you are welcome to send your piece back to us for restoration.
