At Zanvari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-days easy exchange and refund policy.
Exchange Policy:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Our Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders, unless, there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault).
Refund Policy:
- If you wish to return an item for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please note we would be deducting 800 rupees on the overall amount in case of refund for service charges.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Our Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to custom orders, unless, there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault).
- Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return item. Refunds cannot be paid in cash, due to policies of logistic companies and can only be processed via Bank Transfer.
- Kindly note if you opt for express delivery and want to return product afterwards, we would not be refunding the delivery charges.
