Returns and refunds

Every Zanvari piece is made by hand, to order, after you place it. We still want you to be able to change your mind — so here is exactly where you stand.

Exchanges

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Most exchanges are for size. If a ring does not fit, we will remake it for you.
  • Engraved and custom pieces can be exchanged, with a Rs. 1,500 charge, because the piece must be made again from the beginning.
  • The piece must come back in its original condition and packaging, with its GRA grading card where one was supplied.
  • Return shipping for an exchange is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the fault is ours — a manufacturing defect, a wrong item, damage in transit — we cover everything. No charge, no argument.

Refunds

  • Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • Rs. 2,000 is deducted as a service charge. The piece was already made by hand by the time it reached you.
  • The piece must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds are issued by bank transfer only. Cash refunds are not possible under courier policy.
  • Delivery charges are not refunded. This includes express delivery charges.
  • Requests are processed within 7 to 10 working days of the piece reaching us.

What we cannot take back

  • Sale items are final. No exchange, no refund.
  • Pieces returned worn, damaged, or without their original packaging.
If something is wrong with a piece because of us, none of the above applies. Tell us and we will put it right.

Before you order

Two things prevent almost every return we see. Check your size against our ring size guide, and read the crafting time stated on the product page.

If you are unsure about either, message us first. We would rather answer a question than remake a ring.

How to start a return or exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at 0342‑8269771 or email wecare@zanvari.com. Tell us your order number and what is wrong. A person will answer, and we will send you the return details.
