Ordering process was easy, delivery time was a bit longer 2 weeks cz it's hand made as per they claim so okay, packaging is beautiful but it's general packaging for all jewlery items so a necklace box in 10 x 10 inches carton doesn't look nice (I suggest make a separate packaging for the respective jewelry items. Now coming to the actual product, it was stunning. It shines great, looks great, and feels premium. I suggest adding 3 dimensional pictures of the item on the web so that we can actually look it in detail. Thank you
