The personalisation — how it works
After ordering, contact Zanvari on WhatsApp at 0342 8269771 with your chosen name or text. The artisan will sketch the layout, confirm the letter sizing with you, and begin production. You can choose a first name, a couple's names together, initials, a word in English or Roman Urdu, or a date written as text. Each letter is cut, filed, and polished individually before assembly. This is not a machine-cut nameplate. Every letter is made by hand.

Care instructions
Store in the Zanvari box when not wearing. Apply perfume before putting the pendant on. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Keep away from pools and harsh chemicals. Rhodium plating is covered by Zanvari's lifetime replating guarantee at no charge.

Because this is a piece made specifically for you — the name cannot be changed once production begins. Confirm all spelling and design details with the team on WhatsApp before the order is placed.
How long does delivery take?
Each pendant is made to order in 10–14 business days after name confirmation. Delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 weeks. Contact 0342 8269771 for all enquiries.
Made-to-order: This means the items are not pre-produced and are instead assembled or crafted after a customer places an order.
10-12 BUSINESS DAYS: This is the typical turnaround time for most items. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. So, if you order on a Friday, the 12-day clock wouldn't typically start until the following Monday.
ENGRAVING/CUSTOMISATION: If you opt for engraving 2000 deposit is necessary & the return/refund policy will not apply to it, so make sure to give accurate size.
