Absolutely adorable, however please give in a proper box. The box in which the blue sapphire came was dusty and instead of the necklace box - it came in a box designed for rings. Now be specific and particular about these aspects as well because they are indeed a part of the 'users experience'.

the quality is absolutely amazing. however i order the blue sapphire and the blue is very dark, it looks black. And the delivery also was 2 days late, but it was 100% worth the wait. will shop from here again. :)
