Natural ruby — the stone
Ruby is corundum coloured by chromium, ranging from pink-red to deep blood red depending on iron content. It is one of the hardest gemstones at 9 Mohs and has been treasured in South Asian jewellery traditions for centuries. The rubies in the Rosy Round Necklace are individually selected for their colour quality before setting. Natural ruby does not fade, scratch, or change colour under normal wearing conditions.
Rosy Round vs Ruby Petal — the difference

Care instructions
Store in the Zanvari box when not wearing. Apply perfume before putting the necklace on. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear. Natural ruby does not scratch or fade under normal conditions.
