Natural freshwater pearl (moti) is the world's oldest gemstone and the only one formed by a living creature; its lustre cannot be replicated synthetically. In Pakistan, moti is considered a stone of purity, calmness, and connection to the Moon. The halo of 2mm natural sapphires frames it in deep blue — the pearl-and-neelam pairing worn in Mughal and Persian courts for centuries — adding colour and depth that complements rather than competes with the pearl's soft glow. Pearl care guide
