My experience with this brand was disappointing. The product I ordered came with a box that couldn’t even open — something that basic shouldn’t be a struggle. When I raised the issue, instead of acknowledging the fault, I was met with long-winded justifications and excuses about packaging and how it was “complimentary.” When a customer pays for an item, the packaging is part of the overall product and experience not something you get to separate and dismiss. The way customer service handled the issue made it clear they’re more focused on defending themselves than actually improving. If you’re looking for good quality and professional service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
