Our sizes are the inner diameter in millimetres. Measure the inside of a ring that already fits, edge to edge, or wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length in millimetres and divide by 3.14. 16mm suits most slim fingers, 17mm is the most common size, 18mm and 19mm suit wider fingers.
